ABOUT ME

Environmental photographer, videographer & storyteller

French world traveler, environmentalist, biologist and filmmaker, I seek beauty in vast landscapes and unique human experiences.

My first step towards environmental filmmaking was taken while studying Biology, in the United States, when I set out to direct my first feature film documentary, Pursuing the Monarchs. Screened and prized in a number of international film festivals, this documentary examines the social and biological factors causing a rapidly waning monarch butterfly population across North America.

Two years ago, after completing my degree in Biology and Chinese, I accepted a position as a field photographer and filmmaker for an environmental non-profit organization: The School for Field Studies. Since then, I have been continuously exploring new corners of the world, and have worked in over five different countries with this organization.

Although my love for traveling runs deep, so does my love for our planet and as a concerned scientist and earth advocate, I make a point of traveling and living as sustainably as I can. With this blog, I share some of the lessons, tips & travel itineraries I have gathered along the way.

Welcome to this imperfect and raw journey!
